We also recognize that money doesn't grow on trees and winning jobs in the cleaning industry can require some tight margins, so we want to make sure that you find this program to be as valuable and affordable as we think we have made it.

With JaniScan.com, you can have a full and complete set of check-in and check-out records for each employee right from your customized Logs & Reporting page. For each shift, you will be automatically notified:

• When your staff Scans into a site
• When they have completed and signed-off on their tasks.
• When they have requested assistance or has a question.

Your staff will have:

• A Scan-In/Scan-Out Page
• A List of Duties for the location at which they have Checked In
• A means of Confirming that Their Tasks had been completed.
• Access to all your provided SDS, Product Specification Pages, Training Videos and Maps of the areas for which they are responsible.

Subscribers are billed $0 for the first 7 days while we set up your account, and once the Set-Up is complete, must remain with the program for at least 6 months.

Changes and updates of add/subtract employees, duty pages, file updates and report fulfillments (after the completion of the initial set-up) are limited to 2 hours per month, and then will be invoiced at $65.00 per hour.
